This roof was in rough shape and not going to make it through the winter. Our client didn’t have the luxury of waiting for a warm spring day, so we chose a warm January day that was expected to break 55 degrees by mid-day. Typically, it is imperative to get good sunshine and heat on a roof for the shingles to adhere properly to each other. Fortunately, the following few days provided additional warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine which ensured proper adhesion of this beautiful shingle roof.
