John Mondren brings more than two decades of leadership experience in sales, customer relations, and team development to Bigfoot Construction. His professional background spans construction, painting, retail management, and large-scale customer service operations, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the business and people side of every project.

John began his career in leadership and sales management in the late 1990s, rising through the ranks at a national retail company where he ultimately served as a District Manager overseeing multiple locations across Hawaii. During this time, he earned top-tier sales performance recognition for four consecutive years, developing a strong foundation in team training, operational excellence, and customer trust.

From 2008 onward, John transitioned into the construction and trades industries, serving in sales and management roles for residential and commercial painting companies before joining Bigfoot Construction. His experience includes estimating, contract development, client consultations, and guiding customers through complex project decisions with clarity and transparency. John is known for his ability to explain scope, materials, and timelines in a straightforward way that helps clients feel confident from the first meeting through project completion.

As Sales Manager at Bigfoot Construction, John works closely with homeowners, business owners, and the production team to ensure expectations are clearly defined and met. He plays a key role in proposal development, project coordination, and ongoing communication—helping clients understand not just what is being built or repaired, but why it is being done the right way.
